Bartlesville, Nowata, Pawhuska, Dewey and the Kansas towns above them, Coffeyville, Independence and Caney, all measure into this market, and the outer ring is not being driven. Ten towns up there have no in-person option today. If you live in Bartlesville or anywhere in Washington, Nowata or Osage county, you are sitting in the part of this market nobody is reaching.

Pawhuska and the Osage country beyond it is wide open, and the towns up on the Kansas line are closer to each other than to anything in Oklahoma, which makes them easy to run together in a day.
