Beavers Bend runs on rental cabins, and rental cabins run on Wi-Fi that has to work for a stranger who arrived at nine at night. That is a real and repeating category of work here, alongside the ordinary year-round houses in Idabel and Valliant. The terrain is the catch: hills, trees and long county roads mean the drive time is never what the map says. Local knowledge of which road actually goes through is worth more here than in any other market we run.

Yes, and specifically for somebody who takes the outer band. In-person visits here reach fifty miles from the anchor today and stop. Everything beyond that, including the Texarkana side and the towns up toward Heavener, is on remote help. That is a large piece of ground with nobody on it.
Some of the time, if you take the longer bands. De Queen is inside the first ring, Foreman, Horatio, Grannis and Wickes are in the second, and Texarkana sits in the outer one. It is measured in miles from Broken Bow, so the state line does not change anything about the booking or the rate.
