Grand Lake is three states' worth of small towns around one big lake. The market is measured from downtown Grove: Jay, Afton, Miami, Vinita and the Arkansas towns of Gravette and Sulphur Springs close in, Pryor, Salina and Bella Vista through Siloam Springs in the middle band, and Eureka Springs and Huntsville at the far edge. If you live anywhere around the lake, or in Ottawa, Delaware or Mayes County, this is the market you'd apply to.
Distances are measured from downtown Grove. The towns below sit in Delaware, Ottawa, Craig and Mayes counties, plus Benton County in Arkansas. Every market reaches 75 miles from its downtown in three travel bands, and the farther bands pay a higher hourly rate because the drive is longer. You choose which bands you take, and you can change it later.

Grand Lake is second-home country, and second homes need different things than year-round houses: internet that stays up while nobody's there, a camera somebody wants to check in February from somewhere warmer, a TV the grandkids can run without calling for help. The season opens with visits where folks arrive for the summer and nothing works, and closes with visits to get it all through the winter. In between are three states' worth of small towns a long way from the nearest store that does this work.

Whichever you choose. You pick which travel bands you take when you join, and you can change it later. Grove, Jay and Miami are in the first band; the Arkansas towns past Bella Vista are in the second and third, and those visits pay more per hour.
Into Arkansas and Kansas, yes. Bella Vista, Centerton and Siloam Springs are in the second band, and so is Treece, just over the Kansas line. The miles are measured from downtown Grove, so the state line doesn't change the booking or the rate.
