We need a second Local Nerd here, and specifically one who is willing to drive.
In-person visits are open in this market, and they stop short of the edge of it. The 25 to 50 mile and 50 to 75 mile bands are not being driven, so 151 towns out there have no in-person option at all and are served remotely. A Local Nerd here who takes the longer drives turns that back on.

Grand Lake is the most seasonal ground we serve, and second homes behave nothing like year-round houses. Internet that has to stay up while nobody is there. A camera the owner wants to check in February from somewhere warmer. A TV setup the grandkids can operate without a phone call. The season opens with a run of arrive-and-nothing-works visits and closes with a run of make-sure-it-survives-the-winter visits. Between them, three states' worth of small towns that have never had anybody come out.
You keep the majority of every booking, and 100% of every tip. You see the split up front. Tips are paid out weekly with no commission taken.

Because the Local Nerd we have works within twenty-five miles of the anchor and does not take the longer drives, which is their call to make and a perfectly reasonable one. It leaves the 25-to-50 and 50-to-75 rings with nobody in them, and those rings are most of this market by town count. A second Local Nerd here does not split the work. There is a whole area of it going unserved.
Both, if you want both. You pick which travel bands you take when you join, and you can change it. The gap we are trying to fill is the drives: Jay, Colcord, Kansas, Salina, Big Cabin, and over the lines into Bella Vista, Gentry, Neosho and Noel. Those visits pay the two higher hourly bands.
It does, and it is one of the few that crosses two lines at once. South West City, Noel and Lanagan in Missouri sit inside the first ring, and Bella Vista, Gentry and Siloam Springs country is in the second. The area is a distance from the anchor, not a state boundary.
