Altus covers the whole southwest corner, all three bands, out past Mangum, Hobart, Hollis and over into Vernon, Quanah and Childress in Texas. Fifty-one towns, a lot of miles, and one of the largest areas any single market on our map is asked to hold. We are hiring here, and anybody in Jackson, Greer, Harmon, Kiowa or Tillman county is sitting inside it.
In-person visits are open across this whole market, in every travel band that has towns in it. We are still hiring here: an open market has evenings, weekends and days nobody is covering, and a market running on one calendar has no backup when that calendar is full.

51 towns are measured off the Altus anchor: 19 within 25 miles, 17 in the 25 to 50 mile band, 15 in the 50 to 75 mile band. They sit in Jackson, Greer, Harmon, Kiowa, Tillman and Beckham counties, plus Wilbarger and Hardeman counties in Texas. Every market reaches 75 miles in three travel bands, and the farther bands pay a higher hourly rate because the drive is longer. You choose which bands you take, and you can change it later.

Not sure which market your town belongs to? Apply for the city nearest you and tell us exactly where you live. The markets are built to overlap, most of Oklahoma sits inside two or three of them at once, and you tell us which queues you want bookings from.
This is farm and air base country and the work splits along those lines. In town there is a steady rotation of base families setting a house up or taking it down. Out in the county it is long drives to places where the nearest alternative is a hundred-mile round trip to a big-box counter, and the internet is whatever reaches. The corridor down into Texas is real work at the top travel band, and it is genuinely underserved on both sides of the line.
You keep the majority of every booking, and 100% of every tip. You see the split up front. Tips are paid out weekly with no commission taken.
You set your own availability. Open the times that suit you in your own calendar. A few evenings a week or full time, that part is your call.
Bookings come to you. When you are marked available, customers book your open time directly, with buffer time built in around each visit.
Nobody negotiates money at the door. Every booking takes a deposit up front and holds the card. The customer signs off on your phone at the end and the rest charges itself.
You are independent. Your own tools, any reliable and presentable vehicle, and free to work elsewhere whenever you like.

It does. Vernon, Quanah, Chillicothe, Childress and Wellington all fall inside the Altus rings. We measure miles from the anchor, not state lines, and those are ordinary bookings at the ordinary rates.
An open market means the geography is proven and the customers are already booking, not that the week is full. Evenings, weekends and the outer bands are where the room usually is.
