Altus is the whole southwest corner, and it's a lot of miles. The market is measured from downtown Altus: Mangum, Frederick, Snyder, Tipton and Granite close in, Hobart, Hollis, Sayre and Vernon in Texas in the middle band, and out to Childress, Wellington and Shamrock at the far edge. If you live in Jackson, Greer, Harmon, Kiowa or Tillman County, you're inside it, and this is the market you'd apply to.
Distances are measured from downtown Altus. The towns below sit in Jackson, Greer, Harmon, Kiowa, Tillman and Beckham counties, plus Wilbarger and Hardeman counties in Texas. Every market reaches 75 miles from its downtown in three travel bands, and the farther bands pay a higher hourly rate because the drive is longer. You choose which bands you take, and you can change it later.

This is farm and air base country and the work splits along those lines. In town, base families set a house up or take it down. Out in the county it's long drives to places where the nearest alternative is a hundred-mile round trip to a big-box counter, and the internet is whatever reaches. The corridor down into Texas pays the top travel band.
You keep the majority of every booking, and every tip is yours. You see the split up front. Tips are paid out weekly, less only card processing and a small handling cost.

It does. Vernon, Quanah, Chillicothe, Childress and Wellington all fall inside the Altus rings. We measure miles from downtown Altus and ignore the state line, so those are ordinary bookings at the ordinary rates.
