Durant is the widest market on our map by town count: a hundred and twelve towns across Bryan, Marshall, Atoka and Choctaw counties and deep into North Texas, Sherman, Bonham, Paris, McKinney and the top of Collin County. Every band is open and being driven, and no single calendar covers a ring that size. If you live anywhere in the Texoma area, on either side of the river, this market has room.
In-person visits are open across this whole market, in every travel band that has towns in it. We are still hiring here: an open market has evenings, weekends and days nobody is covering, and a market running on one calendar has no backup when that calendar is full.

They sit in Bryan, Marshall, Atoka and Choctaw counties, plus Grayson and Fannin counties in Texas. Every market reaches 75 miles in three travel bands, and the farther bands pay a higher hourly rate because the drive is longer. You choose which bands you take, and you can change it later.

Texoma is two economies in one ring. On the Oklahoma side it is Durant, Calera, Colbert and the lake towns, with a lot of retirees and a lot of second homes. Over the river it turns into the north edge of the Metroplex, which behaves like suburban work and pays the outer travel bands to get to. The drive south on 75 is quick, so the far half of this market is far less of a haul than its mileage suggests.
You keep the majority of every booking, and 100% of every tip. You see the split up front. Tips are paid out weekly with no commission taken.
You set your own availability. Open the times that suit you in your own calendar. A few evenings a week or full time, that part is your call.
Bookings come to you. When you are marked available, customers book your open time directly, with buffer time built in around each visit.

Only as much as you choose to. Roughly half the towns attributed to this market are on the Texas side, and they sit in the two higher travel bands, which pay more per hour. You pick your bands when you join.
No, Ardmore is its own market and it has no Local Nerd in it at all. The Durant ring happens to reach Ardmore itself, which is why a visit there is bookable today, but that is the edge of a long drive rather than real coverage.
