Fifty-nine towns are measured and priced off the Ardmore anchor, from Lone Grove and Wilson out to Marietta, Healdton and Thackerville, and not one of them has a Local Nerd living in it. Everything in Carter County that needs a person in the room is either waiting on a drive up from Durant or being handled remotely. If you live in Ardmore or anywhere along that stretch of I-35, this market is yours to open.
No Local Nerd lives in this market. Ardmore itself is inside the ring a Local Nerd drives out from Durant, so a visit in town is bookable today, but that is the far edge of somebody else's drive rather than coverage. Every other town here is served remotely, by phone and screen-share, until somebody local joins.

59 towns are measured off the Ardmore anchor: 19 within 25 miles, 24 in the 25 to 50 mile band, 16 in the 50 to 75 mile band. They sit in Carter, Love, Marshall, Johnston, Murray and Jefferson counties, plus Cooke and Montague counties in Texas. Every market reaches 75 miles in three travel bands, and the farther bands pay a higher hourly rate because the drive is longer. You choose which bands you take, and you can change it later.

This is a corridor market, and the corridor does most of the work for you. I-35 runs the length of it, so Marietta and Thackerville are a straight shot south and Springer and Davis a straight shot north, and the drive time is predictable in a way that back-road markets never are. Off the interstate it changes fast: the Healdton and Ratliff City oil patch, the lake houses around Lake Murray and Lake Texoma, and small towns where you will be the only person within forty miles who does this work.
You keep the majority of every booking, and 100% of every tip. You see the split up front. Tips are paid out weekly with no commission taken.
You set your own availability. Open the times that suit you in your own calendar. A few evenings a week or full time, that part is your call.
Bookings come to you. When you are marked available, customers book your open time directly, with buffer time built in around each visit.
Nobody negotiates money at the door. Every booking takes a deposit up front and holds the card. The customer signs off on your phone at the end and the rest charges itself.
You are independent. Your own tools, any reliable and presentable vehicle, and free to work elsewhere whenever you like.

In person, only partly. Ardmore itself is inside the ring a Local Nerd drives out from Durant, so a visit there is bookable today, but the rest of the market is served remotely. Nobody on the roster lives in Carter County. A Local Nerd based in Ardmore would take the whole area instead of the edge of it.
Only if you want to. The Ardmore market reaches Gainesville, Saint Jo, Bowie and the north end of Denton County, and those are real bookings in the 25-to-50 and 50-to-75 travel bands, which pay more per hour than a visit in town. You pick which bands you take. Plenty of Local Nerds work their own town and nothing else.
