South OKC and Norman are two different jobs wearing the same ZIP codes. No. We set things up, get them working and explain them; we do not open machines up to replace parts or recover data off a dead drive. When that is what the problem turns out to be, we say so and point you somewhere useful rather than billing you to discover it.
