Local Nerd texts
Nerd Dispatch LLC sends texts signed Local Nerd to its customers. You get them when you give us your mobile number to book a visit, ask for a call back, or join Nerd on Call, and when someone books a visit or a gift for you and confirms you're OK getting texts about it.

- Reminders before a visit or remote session
- On-the-way notices from your Local Nerd
- Receipts, payment links and sign-off links
- Sign-in and PIN reset codes
- Replies when you text us
- Offers, only if you tick the separate box asking for them. It is never required to buy anything.
Nerd HQ texts
Nerd Dispatch LLC sends texts signed Nerd HQ to Local Nerds and people applying to be one, at the mobile number they give us: application and interview updates, job offers and assignments, schedule changes and reminders, sign-in codes, pay notices, and messages from Nerd HQ.
How often, and what it costs
Msg frequency varies. It follows your requests, visits and account. Msg & data rates may apply.
Stop and help
Reply STOP to any text to opt out of that program. Reply HELP for help. You can also opt out by phone or email, and we honor it within ten business days. Opting out does not cancel a visit or a membership; we reach you by phone or email instead.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or your texting consent with anyone for their marketing. The Terms of Service (Section 13) and the Privacy Policy cover the rest.
