Ada is open, all three travel bands are being driven, and we are still hiring here. This market runs from Ada out through Konawa, Stratford, Allen, Holdenville, Wewoka, Seminole, Pauls Valley and Coalgate, thirty-four towns of it, and one calendar cannot hold all of it. If you live in Pontotoc, Seminole, Hughes or Garvin county, this is a market with the geography already proven and room in the week.
In-person visits are open across this whole market, in every travel band that has towns in it. We are still hiring here: an open market has evenings, weekends and days nobody is covering, and a market running on one calendar has no backup when that calendar is full.

34 towns are measured off the Ada anchor: 20 within 25 miles, 12 in the 25 to 50 mile band, 2 in the 50 to 75 mile band. They sit in Pontotoc, Seminole, Hughes, Coal, Garvin and Murray counties. Every market reaches 75 miles in three travel bands, and the farther bands pay a higher hourly rate because the drive is longer. You choose which bands you take, and you can change it later.

South-central Oklahoma is small-town work at its most straightforward. Ada is the hub, everything else is twenty to forty minutes out, and the roads are good. A large share of the visits are older customers who want somebody to sit down and explain it rather than fix it and leave, which is the part of this job people either love or do not. There is also a steady run of ordinary house calls: Wi-Fi, printers, new phones, TVs that stopped getting a channel.
You keep the majority of every booking, and 100% of every tip. You see the split up front. Tips are paid out weekly with no commission taken.
You set your own availability. Open the times that suit you in your own calendar. A few evenings a week or full time, that part is your call.
Bookings come to you. When you are marked available, customers book your open time directly, with buffer time built in around each visit.
Nobody negotiates money at the door. Every booking takes a deposit up front and holds the card. The customer signs off on your phone at the end and the rest charges itself.
You are independent. Your own tools, any reliable and presentable vehicle, and free to work elsewhere whenever you like.
You are not on an island. An OkieNerd email and calendar, a team that meets over video, and other Local Nerds to ask when something is strange.

All three bands are open here, so out to seventy-five miles: Ada and the towns around it in the first ring, Seminole, Holdenville, Pauls Valley and Coalgate in the second, and the far edge past Boley in the third. You choose which of those you take.
